The renovation project for the mother house of the Deaconess Community of St-Loup was awarded to Localarchitecture and architect Danilo Mondada. During the construction period, this building serve as temporary chapel building to accommodate religious worship for 18 month.
The folded volume generates variations in width and height between transept and nave. The design creates the irregular geometrical forms which give rhythm to the interior and exterior of the building.

The wooden chapel sits along the axis of the east-west valley and invite natural daylighting into interior space with big transparent plastic panels at the another end of the building.
