They placed the terrace in a way that makes life miserable to more than 40 families that live around it. The noise, music and voices coming out of this building are unbearable because it isn´t constructed to keep the noise inside. If the would think a little bit and placed the terrace differently (or not having a terrace if you are disrupting too many families), everybody would be happy. Too bad that in Mexico there´s too much corruption and governments let people build anything no matter what.
