Vanke Sales Pavilion | CL3 architects
The Vanke (one of China based developer) Sales Pavilion designed by CL3 architects, based on the principle of Chinese Courtyard house with an entry court, front garden, main pavilion, side pavilion with support facilities and back garden that leads to show units.
The pavilion is designed with minimal detailing, use of fibre cement lattice screen with a Chinese motif as a sun screen, wrapping the outside of pavilion, diffused daylight into the building interior.
The same scale of wooden screens are used internally for subdivision of various seating group.
