The project is based on a V-shape opening out towards the lake and providing from interior as many interesting views toward the landscape as possible. Due to the local authorities and local development plan the house has been covered with a steep-slope roof.

The materials used on the outside: UV-resistant exterior panels Trespa, titanium and zinc sheet on the roof and white plaster render facade. As a complement to the building’s esthetic aluminum windows shutters are designed . The aim to do so is to give to the future inhabitants the privacy and comfort.
