When winter comes, we can see the icicle hanging at the edge of eaves here and there. The bore light at the eaves is the degree of dazzling because it is white and bright same as winter.

If we can bring the beauty to my side? ICICLE attempts to give usages over illumination by adding features of the shelf to it.

The spool has been used various from the past till now. Until now a spool has been used from examples so as to be various.

Specially, it is kept in mind as a symbol of representing warm figures of our mothers who are sewing.

This work makes the basic forms and usage of the spool and needle reborn to modern objet by which everyone can feel
warm nostalgia after reinterpreting it through lights.

According to digital time’s advent, analog things are being protruded to the back seat. Retro TV lighting intends to deliver warmness in memories to users by moving the warm nature of wood materials along with analog emotion to the illumination.
