Streckhof Reloaded | Franz Architekten
Streckhof Reloaded is a family house designed by Austria-based firm Franz Architekten. The spatial organization is clearly divided and determined by 3 volumes (parking, living, sleeping) linked up by a glazed passageway.
Viewing from the street, the first black box serves as the parking and storage spaces with the entrance located in between. Once entering the house, a long passageway visually and physically connects the 3 volumes and stretches to the rear garden, giving a sense of blurring the edge between inside and outside. Pocket spaces are fully utilized for outdoor activities where the wooden terrace and swimming pool located.
