Studio Kawamura Ganjavian has created the Caterpillar benches, Caterpillar is a series of benches (varying lengths and finished) that elaborate on the notion of lightness and redundancy. Their multiple legs seem to be set in perpetual motion thus questioning the static feeling of stability often associated to a bench.
