Haus D is the low-energy private villa with a natural pond in Frohnleiten. Designed by YES architecture, the geometrical form gives the dynamic expression while also allow interaction with the surrounding nature and the beautiful scenery.

DI Marion Wicher M.Sc. *24.6.1966

Marion Wicher graduated from the Technical University in Graz and Columbia University in New York. With her design in architecture she was able to win several national and international awards, amongst others ‚Josef-Frank-Preis’, ‚Das Beste Haus 2005’, ‚ZT-award2009’ and ‚best architects09’.

YES architecture. Was founded in 2002 by Ruth Berktold and Marion Wicher. Since then offices where established in Munich, Graz und New York. They both met during their studies for Advanced Architectural Design at Columbia University in New York in 1994. Works of YES are mostly interdisciplinary and planning and construction sites are located in different countries all over the world.
