The building occupies a strategic position, at the entry of Tirana (Albania), on the principal major route towards airport. A big terrace – garden, for the exclusive use of the residents, occupies the upper limit of the basement body while other two volumes composes the portal that defines the general conformation. The first penthouse houses a wellness centre provided with swimming pool and solarium. The area dedicated to the offices looks into Rrruga e Durresit, while the residential units occupy the internal part of the parcel. Under the commercial space, has been obtained an underground level that has a car park use.
