Further to our previous feature of Brazilian architect Arthur Casas’s beautiful house design – Jardim Paulista Residence. Here are two floor plans provided by architect Arthur Casas. I love the idea of the journey to hidden powder room where is reached by crossing the beautiful water court at stairwell.

Jardim Paulista residence in São Paulo, Brazil, by Brazilian architect Arthur Casas. I personally like the stair well where featuring the floating of staircase on the minimal internal water court. It creates a pleasant experience when walking around the house.

Osler House, designed by Brazil practice architect, Marcio Kogan. The plan of the Osler house is structured by a ground floor volume, a suspended volume and a deck with an outdoor pool. Interplay between 2 neutral materials – concrete and timber is the interesting part for this project, BV House, designed by Biselli + Katchborian architects. Spatial organization is clearly defined in 3 different levels. Due to the site condition, the big ramp has created a quality of floating effect to the house with a welcoming sense.
