Mexico-based Garduño Arquitectos has designed the 24 units housing development project – Monte Elbruz Building, of not more than 6 levels (local regulation) in such the small site, located in Polanco, Mexico City. The linear courtyard is introduced in between two linear apartment blocks that playing an important rule to the project.

Jardim Paulista residence in São Paulo, Brazil, by Brazilian architect Arthur Casas. I personally like the stair well where featuring the floating of staircase on the minimal internal water court. It creates a pleasant experience when walking around the house.
